By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

MobiEdge Software Development LLP is a software company registered in India, operating from Sco-J18, Second Floor, Sector 84, Kheri Kalan, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India. We publish Android applications including Tumbloader, AutoCaptions AI, Video Downloader for Twitter, Pin Downloader, and Sneaky Story Downloader.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Our Apps are designed to function without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers to use the core features of our Apps.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Apps, certain information may be collected automatically:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), and hardware information.
• App Usage Data: Features used, actions taken within the app, crash reports, and performance data.
• Network Information: IP address and general location inferred from IP (country/region level only).
• Log Data: Timestamps, app events, and diagnostic information to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

2.3 Media Content

Some of our Apps (e.g., AutoCaptions AI) process video or photo files from your device to provide their core functionality (e.g., generating captions). This media is processed locally on your device or sent to our processing servers solely to deliver the service. We do not store, archive, or use your personal media for any other purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the functionality of our Apps
• Diagnose and fix technical issues and crashes
• Analyse usage patterns to improve app performance and user experience
• Display relevant advertisements through authorised ad networks
• Comply with legal obligations
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our Apps may use third-party services that collect information independently according to their own privacy policies. These may include:

5. Advertising

Our free Apps are supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and use your Advertising ID and other data to show you personalised or contextual advertisements. You can opt out of personalised ads at any time via your Android device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers: Third-party vendors (e.g., analytics, advertising, crash reporting) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• For legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MobiEdge, its users, or the public.

7. Data Retention

We retain app usage and diagnostic data for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is anonymised or deleted. Media files (e.g., videos uploaded to AutoCaptions AI) are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. We do not retain any user-generated content beyond what is needed to deliver the service.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data where we have no legal basis to retain it.
• Opt-out of advertising: Opt out of personalised ads via your device settings.
• Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability.

11. Permissions Used by Our Apps

Our Apps request only the permissions necessary to deliver their core functionality:

• INTERNET: Required to fetch media content and display advertisements.
• READ/WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE: Required to save downloaded media to your device gallery.
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: Required for media processing apps (Android 13+).
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to check network connectivity before download operations.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via the app or Play Store listing. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
