Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using any application ("App") published by MobiEdge Software Development LLP ("MobiEdge", "we", "us", "our") on the Google Play Store. By installing or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use our Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MobiEdge Software Development LLP. They apply to all Apps published by MobiEdge on the Google Play Store, including but not limited to: Tumbloader, AutoCaptions AI, Video Downloader for Twitter, Pin Downloader, and Sneaky Story Downloader.

By using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use where required by applicable law.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MobiEdge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free licence to download and use our Apps on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This licence does not include the right to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App or its source code
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the App or any rights granted herein
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks

3. Permitted Use

Our Apps are provided for personal, lawful use only. You may use the Apps to:

  • Download publicly available media content for personal offline viewing
  • Generate captions for videos you own or have rights to
  • View and save publicly accessible social media stories for personal use

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Apps to:

  • Download, copy, or distribute copyrighted content without the express permission of the copyright owner
  • Violate the Terms of Service of any third-party platform (including Twitter/X, Pinterest, Tumblr, or Instagram)
  • Download, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene
  • Harass, stalk, or invade the privacy of any individual
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers
  • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Apps — including software, design, logos, trademarks, and content created by MobiEdge — are owned by MobiEdge Software Development LLP or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Third-party platform names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Twitter/X, Pinterest, Tumblr) are the property of their respective owners. MobiEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such third parties.

6. Third-Party Content and Platforms

Our Apps interact with third-party platforms and services to provide their functionality. We do not control the content, availability, or policies of these platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • Content downloaded via our Apps may be subject to third-party copyrights and platform terms
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law and platform terms
  • MobiEdge is not liable for any content you access, download, or use through our Apps
  • Third-party platforms may change their APIs or policies, which could affect the functionality of our Apps

7. Advertisements

Our free Apps are supported by advertising provided by third-party ad networks including Google AdMob. These advertisements are displayed within the App interface. By using our Apps, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. In-App Purchases

Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features or remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment terms. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobiEdge disclaims all warranties including:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • That the Apps will function without interruption, error, or defect
  • That the Apps will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
  • That any content downloaded through the Apps is free from errors or malicious code

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MobiEdge Software Development LLP and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Apps, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or content
  • Device damage or malfunction
  • Copyright infringement claims arising from your use of downloaded content
  • Suspension or termination of third-party platform accounts
  • Any losses exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (if any)

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. MobiEdge may also discontinue or terminate any App at any time without notice.

12. Updates and Changes to Apps

We may release updates to our Apps from time to time. These updates may be required to continue using the App on certain devices or OS versions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of our Apps at any time without liability.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of our Apps.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
